Because we specialise in conferences, Hotel Ashburton have put a lot of thought and effort into our catering service. Whether you want a full buffet for your wedding, a la carte dining for a special occasion, or snacks and nibbles for a cocktail function, we have a solution that will suit your budget.
We offer an extensive range of menu options for meals, cocktail and gala functions, and if it’s not on our list, our Executive Chef will be happy to tailor a menu to suit your event.
