The Clearwater Poolside Restaurant won the Hallmark of Excellence Beef and Lamb Award in 2010 and 2011. Our Executive Chef understands the value of fresh seasonal ingredients, using them in an array of what he calls "modern classic" dishes.
The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner 7 days a week, offers a full a la carte menu.
For events, functions, and wedding receptions, Hotel Ashburton's restaurant can be extended into the function rooms and can cater for up to 450 people. Or for cosy private dinners, some of our smaller spaces can be used; private functions for as few as 10 can be booked.
